At this exhibition, Nationstar Optoelectronics focused on unveiling two new products of the AS series panels used in ultra-high-definition LED displays: AS-0.78 panels and AS-0.9 panels.

▌AS-0.78 panel: Using the self-developed Micro-level MIP0202 device, the pixel pitch is 0.78 mm, supports 4K/8K resolution, the entire screen can display more than 330,000 pixels, and the picture precision is industry-leading. Through the glue coating process, the screen's anti-collision and impact resistance reaches IP65 protection level. It can adapt to a variety of complex environments and become an ideal choice for those who pursue the ultimate display quality and reliable performance.

▌AS-0.9 Panel: Using self-developed AM driver MIP devices and PM driver modules to achieve flicker-free display and 16-bit color gradient. The power consumption is 20% lower than that of conventional products, which can help the screen display achieve efficient operation, ultra-clear image quality presentation and low energy consumption control, and reduce the overall cost of the display equipment system.

At the scene, Nationstar Optoelectronics also exhibited an upgraded version of the AS-0.9 panel. Since its global debut last year, this product has received positive response from the market due to its excellent display performance and reliable quality. It has been shipped in batches and is widely used in indoor and outdoor ultra-high-definition display scenarios such as high-definition surveillance and commercial displays.

In the REESTAR exhibition area, the new RS-3031 five-color LED is particularly conspicuous among many all-black packaged products due to its precisely partitioned shape of multi-color blocks.

This new product uses five-color light mixing technology to achieve the ultra-wide color gamut advantage of RGB light source, and the color temperature can be flexibly adjusted. The maximum brightness reaches 6000nit. Relying on the five-sided ink brushing process, the product has a higher contrast, which can better meet professional scenes with extremely high image quality display performance requirements such as film and television virtual shooting and immersive canopies, helping to create a more appealing visual experience.

The screen uses an integrated light driver device independently developed by Nationstar Optoelectronics, which supports wide brightness adjustment from 3000 to 6000nit and 170° ultra-wide viewing angle. The dynamic picture has no flicker and is not harmful to the eyes, and the visual experience is comfortable and stable. Compared with similar products, its average power consumption is only 60W/unit, its energy efficiency ratio leads the industry, and it is more energy-saving and power-saving.

This product uses cutting-edge metal grid technology, based on a 100μm thick PET flexible substrate, and precision etching of a 2μm ultra-thin copper layer to create a transparent film module with a honeycomb conductive line with a line width of only 9μm. This product achieves a high light transmittance of more than 85% while maintaining the flexibility of the substrate, presenting a truly flexible and fully transparent display.
