On June 11, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Liuzhou production base of Guangxi Pilot Laser Technology Co., Ltd. ("Pioneer Laser"), a subsidiary of Pilot Technology Group, was successfully held. The laser industry project has entered the substantial construction stage.

The layout of Liuzhou is an important strategic move for Pioneer Laser to optimize the national industrial layout, deeply explore the southwest market, and radiate the ASEAN region. The Pioneer (Liuzhou) Laser Core Devices and Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park covers an area of about 180 acres. After it is put into operation, it will focus on the R&D and manufacturing of high-power fiber lasers, ultrafast lasers and laser processing equipment. It can form an annual production capacity of tens of thousands of sets of lasers. The project plans to complete the capping of the main building within the year. After the base is completed, it will be linked with the group's R&D centers across the country to build an industrial service system covering South China, Southwest and ASEAN regions, further enhancing the company's large-scale delivery capabilities.

2026 will become a critical year for the accelerated development of Leading Laser. In March this year, the company reached a cooperation with the Liuzhou Municipal Government and signed an industrial park project; in May, the company completed an A1 round of financing of 900 million yuan, providing sufficient funds to lay a solid foundation for production capacity expansion and technology upgrading.

Currently, Pilot Laser has built a complete product system. The product lines cover semiconductors, optical fibers, solid-state lasers, special lasers and supporting processes, and industry solutions. The products are widely used in industrial manufacturing, medical care, scientific research and other fields, and continue to empower the transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain. Dr. Niu Ben, general manager of Pioneer Laser, previously stated that the company adheres to the concept of full-chain development, deeply cultivates core technology fields, and breaks through key technical barriers with long-term development.

The foundation laying of this base is not only an important step for Pioneer Laser to develop into the high-end laser track, but will also contribute to the clustered development of the regional high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
